iGEM

The iGEM (International Genetically Engineered Machine) Foundation gives students the opportunity to present their own Synthetic Biology project tackling everyday issues facing the world in the iGEM competition. Since 2016 multidisciplinary teams from FAU were supported by Andreas Burkovski in different projects and participated successfully in the 2016 and 2017 iGEM competitions.
